Obtaining Copyright License:
Emperor Multimedia is a "content provider" but we are not a copyright collective and are not in the business of normally licensing our works. Most intellectual properties that Emperor itself generates are for the exclusive use of Emperor, those in which we license for use from others may (depending on our license agreement) have to be obtained from that third party.
Emperor does NOT deal with copyright collectives. If you wish to sell or hire intellectual property to/from Emperor you must do it directly.
In the event that you wish to hire intellectual property, either owned or under distribution by Emperor Multimedia, you will be limited to a "Single Use License" (able to use it for a single one-time event). The company maintains the right to exclude anyone or any group with or without cause; and should your request be granted, a fee structure based on your ability to pay is established to ensure everyone whom is entitled has fair access to our material. Those intending commercial exploitation by a large corporation will pay more than an individual working for a charity event, for example. Exemptions and exceptions do exist to the fee structure and are assessed on an individual basis.
